Pro Line
COMMON APPLICATIONS
Suitable for corrosion-sensitive materials, including:
Concrete, clay, asbestos, and steel pipes in drainage and trade waste systems.
Applicable to assets of all sizes and dimensions:
Enables pipe relining for traditional pipes ranging from DN150 through DN2000.
Key features of Proline
GET THE JOB DONE
The relining process takes a fraction of the time of traditional repiping methods.
REPAIRS WITHOUT DIGGING, EXCAVATING AND DESTRUCTION
This means that the disruption and demolition to any building or environment is minimised.
RESTORATION OF PIPE SYSTEMS
Allows restoration of pipe systems with multiple bends, elbows, branches and transitions in pipe diameter, all from existing access points.
UV technology
We’re combining our market-leading manufacturing processes with Proline’s innovative UV liner technology.
Fast curing
The high elasticity of the cured liner minimises the material thickness, reducing curing and installation times.
50 Years
Completed assets possess an exceptionally long design life of 50 years with a track record across any environment.
Precise applications
UV liners range from 3mm–16mm and account for graduations in wall thickness to produce a finely tuned asset.
Deterioration-resistant assets
Proline produces corrosion-free pipes resistant to chemicals, UV light, and abrasion.
Structural repairs
The fibreglass liner can be used for structural repair of various pipe diameters and non-circular pipes.
Cost effective
Due to the lightweight and fast-curing nature of the UV liner, transport, installation, and labour costs are reduced.
Enhanced pipe function
Relined pipes possess a superior hydraulic flow due to a smooth inner surface and outstanding long-term stiffness.
Highly certified
Complies with standards, including WRC PT/522/093, GB/T 449-2005 1040,4-2006, AND DAW-A 143-3 Clause 72.9.

Proline repair process
Preparation of host pipe
Before installation, we thoroughly clean the host pipe and conduct a CCTV inspection to assess its condition.
Precise installation
We execute every step with meticulous accuracy, from cutting the specialised glide foil to installing end cans.
Controlled inflation
We gradually inflate the UV fibreglass liner to the required pressure and monitor closely to achieve optimal results.
Curing procedure
We adhere to specified parameters, ensuring temperature control while following recommended cooling phases.
Final inspection
We conduct a thorough post-curing inspection with CCTV technology to confirm the integrity of the completed asset.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Tested to ensure Proline is compliant with all international standards
