Ultraline is a world first in pipe relining technology. This revolutionary relining method combines patent-pending UV curing epoxy resins with in-house fiberglass liners to restore and rehabilitate asset infrastructure. The UV cured resin is non shrinking, so it perfectly adheres to the host pipe and leaves it much stronger than before. Plus, since its faster and more efficient than any pipe relining technology out there, using Ultraline means much less downtime for any councils or water authorities who need things up and running fast.

COMMON APPLICATIONS
-
Suited for damaged assets, including:
CIPP structural rehabilitation of pipes and other asset infrastructure in need of repairs. -
Types of pipes we can repair:
Copper, metal, iron, steel, ceramics, clay, cast iron, and even asbestos.
KEY FEATURES OF Ultraline PIPE RELINING
Revolutionary technology
Nuflow’s “Ultraline” pipe relining technology is totally new, and has the potential to be the world’s best practice in potable water pipe repair.
Uv cured pipe relining technology
Pipes are lined with a specialised UV resin, then cured with an LED Ultra Violet light packer system sent down the length of the pipe.
Non-shrinking
This superior repairing solution bonds perfectly to the host pipe, and cures without shrinking or pulling away from the inner wall, leaving behind a stronger pipe.
No waiting time
The UV curing epoxy resins will fully cure within minutes after exposure to UV light. Plus, it can be delivered to site pre-loaded into our fibreglass liners and already prepped for installation.
ONE-PART RESIn
Rather than the two-part resin traditionally used in pipe relining, Ultraline uses one-part resin. Less waste is produced thanks to no need for mixing, and reduced chemicals.
UNAFFECTED BY AMBIENT TEMPERATURE
No matter it it’s the height of summer in Cairns, or the coldest day in Melbourne’s winter, the one-part resin of UItraline’s pipe relining technology won’t be affected.
NON-INTRUSIVE SOLUTIONs
UV curing-in-place relining means no digging, and less impact to the environment. Heritage listed and protected buildings are able to be repaired and rejuvenated with minimal to no impacts.
BENEFITS OF ULTRALINE PIPE RELINING TECHNOLOGY
- Stops leaks and reduces chance of root intrusion
- Reduces infrastructure spend for councils and water authorities
- Minimises shut down periods, less downtime, and reduced man hours
- Repairs longer pipe lengths more cost effectively
- Produces less waste
- Reduces potential for water contamination
- Improves flow rate of pipes
- Extends the life of infrastructure

ULTRALINE REPAIR PROCESS
CAMERA INSPECTION TO DETERMINE CONDITION OF THE PIPES
We identify the exact location, then complete tests to determine pressure and flow rates.
CLEAR OUT AND CLEAN PIPES
Your pipes are cleared out using our pressurised water and pneumatic tools, removing rust, scale and corrosion.
APPLY EPOXY RESIN TO THE INTERIOR PIPE WALL
The UV resin is applied to the inner wall of the pipe using our in-house custom woven fiberglass liners that provide better finish and compression against the host pipe.
CURE WITH ULTRA VIOLET LIGHT
The LED Ultra Violet light packer system is used to cure epoxy resin in minutes, providing a superior repairing solution that bonds perfectly to the pipe and over longer surfaces.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Ultraline pipe relining technology is a non-invasive alternative to the time consuming, costly venture of pipe replacement. It’s a first-in-world pipe relining method that uses UV technology to cure epoxy resin within minutes, and completely bonds to the host pipe making it a lot stronger than other liners. The ultra-quick cure time means installers can focus on providing a quality installation, and means a lot less downtime for customers. Plus, thanks to its one-part resin make up, there are fewer chemicals and waste produced.
There are many potential causes for leaking pipes, including but not limited to:
• Clogged lines
• Corrosion
• Poorly laid pipes
• Damaged joints
• Ground/earth movement
• High water pressure
• Tree root intrusion
• Fixture cracks
If your pipes are leaking and you’re not sure why, get in touch with the experts at Nuflow and we can assess the problem.
YES – the Ultraline UV curing epoxy resins don’t contain volatiles or chemicals that can leach into water after repair. Plus, because the resin adheres to the internal wall of the host pipe without shrinking, contaminants from degrading pipes, soil, roots or ground water are easily kept out.
YES – Did you know that metal pipes begin to deteriorate as soon as water runs through them? Pipes coated with Ultraline epoxy are resistant to corrosion and deposits from water by-products.
Our Research and Development team predict the life expectancy of our relined pipes to be 100 years, and Nuflow offers an up to 50-year warranty to showcase how confident we are in our relining solutions.
You’ll save heaps! Our non-invasive method means no digging, excavation, or construction costs. Plus, Ultraline reduces the already time-efficient process of pipe relining, meaning less man hours for you to pay for.
We can restore pipes made of copper, steel, iron, metal or lead. Ultraline UV curing epoxy is best suited to infrastructure assets like water mains.
We sure can. A Nuflow technician will complete a full on-site assessment of your piping systems to determine the condition, and advise on the best way to get things restored.
