In October, Nuflow announced the winners of its annual franchise business awards at its national conference.

The awards, held this year in Queenstown New Zealand, are given out in recognition of excellence in customer service, innovation and best product use.

Nuflow managing director, Ed Ahern, said the company’s network of over forty franchisees continues to grow, so it’s important to ensure the benchmark for best practice is not only acknowledged but rewarded.

“Acknowledging the great work the national franchisees do is integral to developing and maintaining a culture of superior customer service, something we don’t take for granted.” Mr Ahern says.

“We cover a range of awards including best job across each of our products, as well as franchise partner, innovation, and courage in the workplace.

“While we congratulate the winners, we also acknowledge everyone else for their continued efforts and commitment to making Nuflow the pipe repair company of choice.”
