PIPE RELINING BLOG

Nuflow was engaged to rehabilitate a 15-metre section of deteriorated stormwater pipe beneath a Pilates studio in Castle Hill, restoring flow and structural integrity using trenchless Blueline relining while completing all works overnight to avoid impacting early-morning business operations.

Nuflow was engaged by Flexco Australia to rehabilitate the fire service main road crossing, replacing failed pipework and installing accessible concrete valve pits and backflow valves to meet Sydney Water compliance requirements, completing the works with minimal disruption to essential services.

Nuflow was engaged to rehabilitate a 41-metre length of severely deteriorated stormwater strip drains outside the Visitor Information Centre. Despite missing sections, corrosion, water seepage and weather delays, the trenchless re-lining delivered a structurally sound, watertight drainage solution that ensures safe pedestrian access and long-term performance.

Nuflow was engaged to rehabilitate a deteriorating 150 mm terracotta stormwater pipe beneath Shop 4 at Castle Hill Family Doctors. The trenchless Blueline installation reinforced the fragile pipe without excavation or disruption to the occupied retail premises, eliminating collapse risk and extending the system’s lifespan.

Nuflow carried out essential rehabilitation works on a 17-metre section of 300 mm concrete pipe beneath Birrell Street to Bronte Road, addressing an illegal PVC-to-concrete connection and multiple cracks using trenchless techniques during night shifts to minimise community disruption.

Nuflow was engaged by Bourke Shire Council to conduct a region-wide CCTV investigation of sewer and stormwater pipelines, surveying lines from 150mm to 300mm in diameter with specialised camera equipment to capture actionable condition data and prioritise urgent works for future rehabilitation.
