PROJECT OVERVIEW
Nuflow was engaged by Flexco Australia to rehabilitate the fire service main road crossing through relining and to replace failed pipework at the property’s front area. The works also included the installation of accessible, serviceable concrete valve pits and backflow valves to meet Sydney Water compliance requirements. The project scope required excavation, pipe replacement, pit construction, and the integration of safety and compliance systems without disrupting essential services.

THE RESULTS
The rehabilitation works successfully restored the fire service main road crossing, ensuring full operational capacity and extending the service life of the infrastructure. The newly installed concrete valve pits provide easy access for future maintenance, while the upgraded backflow valves achieved complete compliance with Sydney Water requirements.
